Mango ‘ s Somtam

Usually we use papaya to make somtam ... but for me somtam do by young mango is more yummy .... you ever ate??? ...... Adeh swallow my saliva when quotes about somtam  ........ hehe ... . lets friends we share our little ways of making it ......

First of all we need to provide enough material for:

Materials;

1. 3 seed young mangoes apple ( because less sour and view this     seasonable) -  finely the fruit

2. 3-4 beans stalk, cut in 2-inch

3. 1 tomato seeds, cut into wedges

4. 4 chilli rice – if you want spicy, you can add more

5. 2 teaspoons dried shrimp

6. 4 tablespoons peanuts already roasted - disregard of their

7. 2 tablespoons sugar somtam (See picture below)

8. Fish sauce to taste.

9. 2 limes-take waters.

 The ways preparing somtam;
 1. Insert chillies in a mortar-mashed spoiled
2. Insert dried shrimp - mashed spoiled
3. Insert long bean-mashed spoiled
4. Insert tomato wedge-mashed spoiled
5. Add sugar somtam- Mash all the ingredients. Insert 2                   tablespoons fish sauce.
6. Enter lime tart.
7. Enter the mango is cut ... and mix well ..... let Taste let salty,       sweet and sour taste.
8. Serving time, sprinkle peanuts. (If any place white cabbage         stalk .. yummy!!!)

Easy Menu (Fruit SalaD)

     Sawaddi kab _/\_........ For this cloudy day, I want to share with you all how to make a fruit salad and somtam……………. considering I not versed cook or do not like to cook……in addition, I'm afraid to  play stove…….hehehe… so this is the most suitable menu for me to share with you all ............

The way is very easy, no need to cook .... and only takes 1o minutes to do it…

Fruit Salad - fruit (fruit disregard respectively)

For my usual recipe is….

Ingredients (serving for 4-6 people):

1. 2 slices of honeydew (cut into cubes)

 2. 2 slices of red watermelon (cut into cubes)

3. 1 red apple and green apple

4. 1 bowl strawberries / one bowl of grapes (cut in half)

5. 2 kiwifruit (discard the skin and thinly sliced ​​whole)

6. 2/3 tablespoons roasted cashew nuts

7. 1 tablespoon raisins

8. 1 cup whipping cream

9. 1 cup strawberries yokurt

10. 1 cup fruit salad dressing

11. 1/3 cup sugar

How to make it:

1. In a large bowl, rotary the cream with cuff machine until fluffy
2. Add yogurt and sugar then rotary again for 30 seconds
3. Combine all fruit in bowl with dressing just now.
4. Mix all blends perfectly and can be served ....

Tutorial Cutting and Combining images with Photoshop

To cutting an object photos / pictures and combine into one canvas is not that difficult, because by using photoshop all possible. In cutting the object image / photo you must have patience / patient that can produce more optimal selection. Just how do we start combining objects into a canvas with materials essentially Quick Selected Tool (W) is in adobe photoshop.

How to Combining Photos With Photoshop

1. Open Adobe Photoshop, it's up to version number shall be

2. Click at file > select open , then select the image that we want to edit .....             Prepare to be cut picture for combined.

The Original Picture that I use is:

3. Way cutting picture, ... go to the toolbox and select the quick selection tool         (W) > select (add selected) for the area you want to cut. Then make a                   selection on the edge of the photo as below .. and to enlarge the picture you         can press button Ctrl and + ....

4. Then, go to the selected button at above and select Inverse.

5. Now let us take photos of what you want turned into the background, such as     wallpaper photos below ...

6. To move the first picture in the background ... you have to show two pictures at the same time as the picture below. To show two pictures together ... you have to go to the restore down button and press it

7. Then the result as below, next .... you can adjust its size to fit the background photos by using Ctrl + T while holding the Shift key.

8. Repeat step 2 to step 4 for the next picture, and then repeat also step 6 and 7       to move pictures into wallpaper ....... until the last picture  that you want to         get.... attention, to include a lot of pictures, you have to choose group on the l     layer button.

9. Then after the move all the picture. You can also change the picture by               clicking on the picture ..... and also can follow change size and position               accordingly.

10.   Finally, they also can enter the text in the image that we have edited                     .....its is easy...Just go your toolbox and click on the bottom horizontal type         tool (T) ....You can also choose the orientation, style, size and other about           font here.....  and the result as below
